BUYER GUIDE
What procurement teams should confirm.
These are the current starting terms. Product-specific specifications, pricing and obligations are finalized in the quotation, PI and order specification.
Arrival and unboxing claims
Submit clear photos or video within 7 days of receipt. Appearance-damage claims submitted after that period are generally not accepted, so buyers should inspect cartons and products promptly.
What the warranty covers
The standard warranty covers movement timekeeping faults and manufacturing assembly defects for 12 months. Selected premium models may be confirmed for up to 24 months.
What is excluded
Battery depletion, impact damage, water damage caused by use beyond the marked rating, normal plating wear, unauthorized opening and damage caused by improper use are excluded. These boundaries must be stated in the PI and after-sales terms.
How approved defects are resolved
Defective watches do not normally need to be returned. After the defect rate is confirmed, corresponding finished watches or movements are normally supplied with the next order.
