- Payment terms
- Common international payment methods are supported. Standard payment structure: 30% deposit and 70% balance; confirm the method and payment milestone with the quotation.
- Ready-stock dispatch
- 3–7 working days for available stock.
- Ready stock with logo
- 15–25 working days for available models with logo printing.
- Light OEM lead time
- 30–45 working days for produced models with dial logo, packaging or strap changes and no new tooling.
- Deep OEM lead time
- 45–60 working days for new tooling, case changes or custom dial structures. Add 7–15 days when sample approval is required; complex mechanical projects may exceed 60 days.
- Custom packaging
- Starting from 200 pieces. Packaging cost depends on the selected box, materials, branding and quantity; please contact us for a quote.
- Shipping
- Sea freight is available. Freight responsibility, trade terms and any alternative shipping method are confirmed for the destination and order.
- Arrival claims
- Report arrival or unboxing defects within 7 days of receipt with clear photo or video evidence. Appearance-damage claims submitted later are generally not accepted.
- Warranty
- 12 months for movement timekeeping faults and manufacturing assembly defects. Selected premium models may be confirmed with up to 24 months.
- Warranty exclusions
- Battery depletion, impact damage, water damage caused by use beyond the marked rating, normal plating wear, unauthorized opening and damage from improper use are excluded and must be stated in the PI and after-sales terms.
- Claim resolution
- Defective watches do not normally need to be returned. After the defect rate is confirmed, corresponding finished watches or movements are supplied with the next order.
- Reorders & spare parts
- Available arrangements depend on the model and order. Please contact us to confirm replenishment, replacement and spare-parts terms.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
Christyan Arden is operated by Heyuan Yimai Trading Co., Ltd. (河源市亿迈商贸有限公司), a registered limited liability trading company in Heyuan, Guangdong. Watch production and order execution are coordinated through our factory operations in Shenzhen, China.
What products do you supply?
Our current lineup contains 54 produced quartz watch styles for wholesale, distribution, retail, gifting and OEM programs.
What is the starting order quantity?
100 watches per order. Different models can be combined. The same minimum applies to wholesale and OEM orders.
Can I mix different models?
Yes. Different models can be combined. Share the quantity per model so we can check availability and quote the assortment.
How do you check watch quality?
Checks cover incoming materials, assembly, final watch appearance and function, and packing verification. Model-specific test requirements are agreed with the order.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Samples are normally prepared in 3 days. Send your preferred models and evaluation requirements; availability, fee and any order credit are confirmed before proceeding.
Do you support OEM?
Yes. Dial branding, case-back marking, finish directions and packaging can be reviewed for the selected model. Our OEM page explains the project routes.
How long does production take?
Available stock normally ships in 3–7 working days; available models with logo printing take 15–25 working days; light OEM takes 30–45 working days; deep OEM takes 45–60 working days, plus 7–15 days when sample approval is required. Complex mechanical projects may take longer.
Can you coordinate international shipping?
Yes. Sea freight is available. Provide the destination and delivery details so freight responsibility, trade terms, cost and any alternative method can be confirmed.
How do we start cooperation?
Send your market, preferred models, estimated quantity and any OEM needs through the inquiry form. We will review the assortment and next steps.
What does the warranty cover?
Report arrival or unboxing defects within 7 days with photos or video. The standard 12-month warranty covers movement timekeeping faults and manufacturing assembly defects; selected premium models may be confirmed for up to 24 months. Exclusions and the final remedy are written into the PI and order terms.
